Daily Forecast: A fair stretch for now...but how about the February monthly forecast?

One of the most common questions I've received of late: How is February looking? I offered a monthly forecast of temperature and precipitation pattern on NECN's News at 9 PM, 10 and midnight Wednesday night, in the video below.
