It began innocently enough...Friday morning, June 27, I was excited it was Friday...REALLY excited. I guess there are some weeks that last longer than others, so I could hardly help myself from doing a "Friday Dance" on the set at the start of the 6 AM show. It wasn't long before Scott Montminy, our esteemed traffic reporter, brought in his colleague "Apologizin' Arthur" to do his own version of the Friday Dance. After audio technician Dana Bailey offered his two cents that the new rendition by Arthur wasn't any better than my original, the competition was on and it became clear - a Friday dance-off would be needed. The dance-off not only made air on NECN, but also found its way onto YouTube. So, I figure if it's out there...it might as well be in here, on MattNoyes.net, too. What do you think?

You guys are great dancers! Thanks for bringing a little levity to the morning news!
