It is 7:51 AM as the shutter opened and closed on the sun peering through the wet Pines in my yard. The early morning sun was gleaming very bright making it hard to control the shadows of the pines but what I saw is close to what I got with the sun being a bit more yellow and the shadows lightened just a bit

tonight's low cloud cover, reflecting the lights of "the city" was a welcome back summer sight. here's a shot i did of winooski w/ a low cloud cover last summer:
