Video: Rain slowly advancing toward New England; Notes from the Slopes

Rain will slowly close in on New England, arriving to western communities later Tuesday, but aside from a few showers, steadier rain will hold off until Wednesday afternoon for eastern towns.  Total rain amounts by Thursday morning will rain from very little in Eastern Maine and the north side of the White Mountains, to 1"+ along and outside the Interstate 95 corridor of NH/MA/RI, and as much as 2" in Western VT.
