For three and a half years, I anchored news, sports and weather on NECN from 5 AM to 6 AM.  Story selection was one of the favorite aspects viewers would comment on.  The stories I chose came from a belief that if we truly want to know the news, we need to examine issues from multiple perspectives and sources, and be willing to dig to the source, rather than take at face-value what we're told.

thanks fr your weather ,im up early every day,can i ask a favor matt please.no channel does the seacost of new hampshire,meaning.......seabrook,hampton,north hampton,portsmouth.,or rye .its the seacost every one skips from mass to the mts ,to maine,please help us out up here its realy nice to know we could ask you,matt.,you do a great job.but so many people say the same ,its like we dont matter...please mention on your show if you can HELP..THANK YOU MATT IN ADVANCE.PEACE TO YOU.
