Daily Forecast Video: Frosty Nights, Brisk Days Settle Into New England
Daily Forecast: Moderating Temperatures Much of This Week

Daily Forecast Video: Clouds In Front of the Taurid Meteor Shower, Frosty Starts, Brisk Days & Ocean-Effect Rain Showers!

I'll be off through the weekend, so this forecast will see you through until Monday morning.  Clouds will obscure the sky for much of the night Thursday night as the Taurid Meteor Shower reaches its peak with 5-10 meteors per hour, but some clearing will likely move in after midnight for areas away from the Eastern MA coastline and Southeast New England. Otherwise, cool and dry weather continues. Full details in the forecast video, and of course over the weekend you can get updates from my teammates on our NBC10 Boston and NECN apps, website and on-air.

Today (Thursday):  Variable clouds, cool. Highs near 50. Light and variable wind.

Overnight Thursday Night:  Clouds start, some clearing late except Cape Cod rain showers late. Lows in the 30s. Light north-northwest wind 0-5 mph.

Friday:  Increasing sun, early Cape shower. Highs near 50. North-northwest wind 4-12 mph.

Saturday:  Sunny. Highs 50-55. Southwest wind 4-8 mph.

Sunday:  Increasing clouds. Highs around 55. Light and variable wind.
