Daily Forecast: Widespread Freeze Tonight, 70° for Some Thursday...Thanksgiving on the 10-day!

A chilly wind continues across New England Tuesday, but warmth to the tune of 65-70 degrees is in Thursday's forecast. Today (Tuesday):  Mostly sunny, brisk. Highs 45-50. West wind 8-18 mph with gusts up to 30 mph at times, creating a wind chill factor of 35-40 at the warmest time of the day.

Overnight Tuesday Night:  Cold, clear. Lows in the 20s. Diminishing northwest wind 5-15 mph.

Wednesday:  Clouds increase. Highs near 50. Light west wind becomes south at 5-15 mph late.

Thursday:  Mild, breezy, fair ahead of afternoon scattered showers in the North Country and overnight showers elsewhere. Highs in the 60s to near 70 for many, 50s north. South-southwest wind 10-18 mph with higher gusts.
