I rarely use the term "dangerous cold" but Tuesday morning would qualify with subzero wind chill values and the possibility of frostbite within 30 minutes of exposure for areas north of the MA Turnpike Tuesday morning and within 15 minutes in the North Country. By Tuesday afternoon, most spots aren't dangerous, but still will be stinging cold.
