Daily Forecast: Scattered Tuesday Afternoon to Evening Storms, Record Heat Thursday

Most of the scattered showers and thunder that develops Tuesday afternoon won't be damaging, though an isolated storm could produce a locally damaging downburst. Today (Tuesday):  Hot, moderate humidity, sun & clouds to scattered PM thunder. Highs around 90. Southwest wind 5-15 mph.

Overnight Tuesday Night:  An early shower to clearing. Lows around 70. Northwest wind 5-10 mph.

Wednesday:  Fair, less humid. Highs 85°-90° inland, 80°-85° coast. Light and variable wind, sea breezes.

Thursday: First Alert for record highs 95°-100° under sunshine. South-southwest wind 8-18 mph.
