Daily Forecast: As Catastrophic Hurricane Ian Slams Florida, New England Sees Fall Air

Today (Wednesday):  Sun & clouds, chance PM sprinkle or shower, especially north and west. Highs near 70. West-northwest wind 6-12 mph.

Overnight Wednesday Night:  Clear and cool. Lows in the 40s. North-northwest wind 6-12 mph.

Thursday:  Fair and pleasant. Highs in the 60s. North-northwest wind 6-14 mph.

Friday:  Sun to start, then Hurricane Ian's clouds arrive to Southern New England during the afternoon, though the storm and its rain will be hundreds of miles away. Northeast to east wind 2-10 mph.
