Daily Forecast Video: Showers to Tend Toward Raindrops for Most, Gusty Friday Morning Wind

Today (Thursday):  Snow/rain showers return late morning onward - some slick spots develop in Western, Central and Northern New England. Highs near 40. Southeast wind 5-15 mph.

Overnight Thursday Night:  Rain, mountain snow, areas of fog. Rising temperatures to 50° south, 30s north. South wind increases 10-20 mph, gusts to 35 (Cape Cod 20-30 gust 40).

Friday:  AM rain and gusty wind give way to cloudy skies with a lingering afternoon shower and breeze. Highs in the 50s. South wind at 10-20 mph with gusts to 40 (Cape Cod 20-30, gusting to 50) becomes southwest at 8-18 mph.

Saturday:  Mostly cloudy and cool with an isolated shower - isolated snow showers in the mountains. Highs near 40° for most, either side of 30° North Country. North wind 8-16 mph.
