High fire danger and pollen count continues after a cold front brought a new installment of dry air with nary a raindrop to much of New England. Wednesday night, a light freeze is expected, so those with plants will want to cover them up or bring them in. Today (Wednesday): Fair with a brisk breeze and continued high fire danger and pollen count. Highs only around 60, feels like 50s with northwest gusts to 30 mph.
Overnight Tonight: Clear, pockets of freezing temperatures. Lows in the 30s. North-northwest wind 5-15 mph.
Thursday: Bright and pleasant with highs in the 60s. Northwest wind becomes southwest late, 5-15 mph.
Friday: Dimmed sun through a veil of high altitude clouds. Highs closing in on 70°. South-southwest wind 8-16 mph.
