Today's Technical Forecast Video Discussion is 11 minutes in length and updates thoughts from earlier this week.  If you're a snow lover hoping for over a foot of snow, you may be wondering why this morning's broadcast didn't feature 12" all over the place.  I answer that question here and address why this storm has double (or even triple) bust potential - not for no snow, but rather for something different than is predicted.  That doesn't at all mean it WILL bust, just means we have to be very careful in what we promise.  Here's why...
